Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance to travel between company locations and transport product and supplies as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards and policies.
• Select, train, and coach top talent to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor customer service quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables to drive margin and growth.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and District Manager on staffing and local plans.
• Travel between company locations to support operations as needed.
