Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Directs profitability through inventory control and regular audits.
• Motivates staff to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coaches Shift Coordinators and Team Members to improve performance.
• Oversees operations for accurate product preparation and timely delivery, maintaining brand standards.
• Performs Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
