• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Manages profitability, guest service, people development, and operations.
• Directs inventory activities, places orders, and maintains assets.
• Ensures cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Coaches Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Directs operations to ensure fast, accurate service within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
