Level99 in Tysons, VA is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and champion guest experiences in a high-energy entertainment venue. You will mentor staff, manage the beverage program, and collaborate with Culinary, Event Sales, and Entertainment teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Restaurant or Event Operations Manager or equivalent in a high-volume entertainment and/or food & beverage business.
• Proficient in adopting and using new operational technology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High integrity and professionalism
• Onsite 5 days/week averaging 9 hours/day, with seasonal increases

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage program including inventory and training
• Lead and mentor servers and support staff
• Recruitment, budgeting, interviewing and onboarding
• Coordinate with Culinary, Event Sales and Entertainment teams
• Maintain knowledge of menus and drive operational execution
• Ensure guest safety and uphold food safety standards
• Collaborate across management teams and manage budgets and audits
