Level99 Entertainment in Tysons, VA is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager to lead the beverage program and guest experiences within our fast-paced entertainment venue.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with Culinary, Event Sales, and Entertainment to ensure seamless daily operations, maintain food safety, and drive guest satisfaction on a floor-focused, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years’ experience as Restaurant or Event Operations Manager in a high-volume entertainment and/or F&B business.
• Proficient with adopting and using new operational technology.
• Onsite 5 days/week averaging 9 hours/day, and ability to work 9+ hour shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage total beverage program: inventory, smallwares, ordering, and training.
• Schedule, train, and develop servers and support staff; align with Level99 core values.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from postings to onboarding.
• Collaborate with entertainment team and support daily operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Level99 is searching for a dynamic Restaurant Assistant General Manager (AGM) to play an integral part of our Food & Beverage leadership team! In this role, you will champion top‑notch guest experiences, mentor team members, and have the primary responsibility of managing the beverage program. You will collaborate closely with Culinary, Event Sales, and Entertainment to ensure seamless daily operations. We are looking for an engaging, hands‑on leader who thrives on the floor, sets a strong example, and drives team success in a fast‑paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OPERATIONS

• Manage total beverage program: inventory, smallwares, ordering, and training
• Schedule, train, and develop servers and support staff aligned with Level99 core values
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, from job postings and budgets to interviewing and onboarding
• Collaborate closely with and support the entertainment team
• Maintain full knowledge of Brew Hall and Taproom menus
• Drive operational execution, shift routines, and facility maintenance

HOSPITALITY

• Engage guests and cultivate regulars
• Handle tough conversations with grace, maturity, and decisive leadership
• Take proactive initiative to drive progress
• Ensure overall guest safety, addressing entertainment risks and upholding food safety standards

FINANCIAL

• Ensures ongoing compliance with laws, insurance, landlord rules, and company policies
• Maintains labor and controllable costs within company guidelines
• Handles daily cash management, reconciliations, and audits
• Orders inventory and paper products
• Performs other assigned duties

MUST‑HAVE SKILLS

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency response
• Onsite 5 days/week averaging 9 hours/day, with seasonal increases
• Work 9+ hour shifts; stand, sit, squat, walk, and use stairs for extended periods
• Grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree, preferred but not required
• ServSafe, Allergen and ChokeSaver Certifications

$70,000 - $80,000 a year
