Job summary

The successful candidate will support the General Manager, lead floor service, drive beverage standards and guest engagement, and mentor team members while overseeing staffing and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous AGM, Restaurant Manager, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience in a high-end, fine dining, or luxury restaurant.
• Strong wine and beverage experience is required.
• Deep understanding of wine service, cocktails, beverage programs, and elevated hospitality.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams.
• Polished, personable, and confident on the floor.
• Strong operational and financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading all day-to-day restaurant operations.

We're partnered with a highly elevated, high-end restaurant in Washington, DC looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a sophisticated operation with a strong focus on exceptional hospitality, food, wine, and beverage.The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-end or fine dining environment and a genuine passion for wine and beverage programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the details, knows how to lead a polished service, and enjoys developing teams in a high-expectation environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the General Manager in leading all day-to-day restaurant operations
