Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years as Restaurant or Event Operations Manager in a high-volume setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient with adopting and using new operational technology; tech‑savvy and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage program: inventory, smallwares, ordering, and training.
• Schedule, train, and develop servers and support staff.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from postings and budget to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with entertainment and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain knowledge of Brew Hall and Taproom menus; drive operational execution and safety.
