Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. in West Point, GA is seeking a dependable Custodial Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Safety Rest Area. You will supervise Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming stop for travelers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to OSHA standards, and the ability to coordinate with on-site maintenance and area/project managers to fulfill contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead, coach and supervise a team.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors to ensure daily operations.
• Ensure contract requirements are met at each assigned Safety Rest Area.
• Maintain cleanliness to contractual standards in facilities and grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections of restrooms and common areas for sanitation, safety, and order.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and Project Manager to report and process work orders.
