You will manage Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for travelers. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, maintenance awareness, and the ability to coordinate with Area Managers and on-site staff. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead, manage, and direct a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and general safety practices.
• Professional appearance with calm, approachable manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors daily.
• Ensure contract requirements are met at each Safety Rest Area.
• Maintain facilities to contractual standards and perform inspections.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and Project Manager on work orders.
• Oversee on-site maintenance staff and subcontractors as directed.
• Complete daily and weekly documentation and logs.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and grounds care as needed.
• Greet travelers and provide friendly, helpful service.
