U.S. Facilities, Inc. in Ringgold, GA is seeking a dependable Custodial Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Safety Rest Area.

You will supervise Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for travelers. Responsibilities include managing maintenance work orders, conducting inspections, coordinating with Area and Project Managers, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Ability to lead, manage, and direct a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and a calm, approachable manner.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors.
• Ensure all contract requirements are met at each assigned Safety Rest Area.
• Maintain facilities and grounds to contractual standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of restrooms and common areas for sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and malfunctioning equipment.
• Create and manage maintenance work orders; coordinate with on-site staff and managers.
• Oversee subcontractors as directed by Area/Project Managers.
• Complete and update routine documentation and logs daily and weekly.
