U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a dependable Custodial Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Safety Rest Area in Lavonia, GA. You will supervise Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for travelers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with Area Managers, and flexibility to cover nights/weekends. A strong safety mindset and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of building maintenance tools and methods.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Professional appearance and approachable demeanor.
• Fluent in English.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and support Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors daily.
• Ensure all contract requirements are met at each Safety Rest Area.
• Maintain facilities and grounds to contractual standards.
• Conduct regular sanitation and safety inspections.
• Create and prioritize maintenance work orders as needed.
• Coordinate with Area/Project Managers on reports and repairs.
• Oversee subcontractors as directed by managers.
• Complete daily/weekly logs and inventory records.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (bulbs, filters).
• Support grounds care including mowing and planting as needed.
• Step in for Attendant or Weekend Supervisor duties when required.
• Greet travelers and assist with questions to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Identify hazards and promote a safety-first culture.
• Respond to emergencies within 60 minutes.
