Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• One year of relevant landscaping/maintenance experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and grounds to meet contract standards.
• Clean rest areas, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Mow, edge, trim lawns and perform leaf blowing and debris removal.
• Operate and care for landscaping equipment; report issues to supervisor.
