Job summary

EQUIP Enterprises is seeking a Safety Rest Area Attendant (Maintenance) to manage landscaping, grounds, and rest area cleanliness at our location. You will use appropriate equipment and supplies to keep the area in excellent condition while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, cleaning facilities, and reporting issues to the Supervisor. This role emphasizes reliability, English communication, and timely attendance, with priority given under contract requirements

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of landscaping methods.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and care for landscaping and grounds to meet company standards.
• Maintain rest area cleanliness including bathrooms and common areas.
• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, debris removal, and related groundskeeping tasks.
• Inform Supervisor of maintenance or repair needs immediately.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
