Responsibilities

• Perform on-site custodial and grounds maintenance to meet contract specs.
• Assist with landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal).
• Inform Supervisor of any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Provide reports, timecards and feedback to the Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain safety and first aid supplies and follow OSHA procedures.
