Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of landscaping methods and tools.
• Ability to operate riding mower and basic power tools.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Commitment to safety and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and grounds maintenance at the Rest Area site.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, lunch rooms, and collect trash.
• Mow lawns, trim hedges, edge walks, and manage debris.
• Operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment per safety rules.
• Report maintenance needs to Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain safety supplies and PPE as required.
