Responsibilities

• Complete on-site custodial and grounds work to meet contract specs.
• Clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, trash removal, dusting, windows.
• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, plant care.
• Operate or learn to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and power tools.
• Maintain safety and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
