Job summary

San Manuel invites applications for a Responsible Gambling Program Manager in Highland, CA. Under the direction of the Manager, Training – Guest Services, the role coordinates enterprise initiatives, oversees the Responsible Gambling program, and supports policy, training and audit responses.

You will engage guests on responsible gambling, analyze data, coordinate with leadership and vendors, and help develop training and communications to ensure compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing programs or projects (including training programs).
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide Responsible Gambling program, compliance, and service to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Directly engage with guests to promote responsible gambling awareness and provide education on resources.
• Plan, measure, and analyze data; manage program training and provide feedback to management via meetings and reports.
• Coordinate with department leadership and vendors as liaison on projects such as IT testing, policy revisions, and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.
