UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the dedicated Respiratory Care team. You will perform clinical respiratory care for adults, geriatrics, and neonates, including ventilatory support, airway care, and monitoring of medical gases.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in respiratory care; bachelor's preferred.
• 5 years of critical care experience as an RRT.
• Texas license with NBRC, BLS; NRP within 90 days as required.
• BLS and NRP certifications to be completed on hire/within probation.

Mansioni

• Coordinate staffing to meet patient needs and shift requirements.
• Directly supervise and evaluate patient care by unit staff.
• Mentor staff and promote professional growth and engagement.
• Ensure NBRC requirements and clinical guidelines are followed.
• Maintain equipment/inventory and support care coordination.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
