Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist for a skilled nursing facility. You will deliver quality respiratory care and help develop resident care plans in collaboration with the care team.

The role requires an active Respiratory Therapist license, an Associate’s Degree, and current BLS. Full-time, day shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS and have basic computer skills to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting.
• Develop and ensure the resident care plan in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and other therapists.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Days, 6:30a - 6:30p
• Wage: $42.00 per hour
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
  • Paid Out Quarterly Over One (1) Year
