Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team in Tallmadge, Ohio. You will play a key role in delivering quality care, developing care plans, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists. Full-time and part-time shifts are available (7:00 p.m.

– 7:30 a.m.). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Associate’s Degree or graduate from an approved respiratory program.
• Current BLS certification and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF.
• Develop and ensure the resident care plan in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory and care staff.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.
