Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care required.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Licensed by the State of Iowa as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP IA) required.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine and complex modalities of respiratory care under supervision.
• Documents procedures and patient assessments in the medical record system.
• develops/revises care plans to provide optimum patient outcomes.
• Communicates with care team to update on patient progress and needs.
• Ensures therapy aligns with protocols and guidelines; reviews high-risk cases.
• Assists with department education and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintains accurate documentation and patient care plans.
