Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care is preferred.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRt) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required within 12 months; Iowa licensure required; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex respiratory care modalities.
• Document procedures and patient responses in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to ensure appropriate therapy.
• Maintain protocol-guided care and ensure timely patient progress.
