Nebraska Methodist Health System in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for nights. The role delivers respiratory care to neonates through adults, under physician orders, and documents patient progress in EHRs.

Eligible for full-time benefits with a sign-on bonus up to $30,000. Qualifications include an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care (Bachelor's preferred), CRT/RT or RRT certification, Iowa licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care is preferred.
• 3-6 months of on-the-job hospital experience is required.
• CRTR/RT certification and Iowa licensure are required or pursued within specified timelines.
• CPR/BLS and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications are required or planned within stated periods.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine and complex respiratory care modalities.
• Documents procedures and patient assessments in medical records.
• Maintains and revises patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• collaborates with physicians and care team to implement prescribed therapies.
• Ensures continuity of hospital services and communicates with care providers.
