Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Travel up to 75%; must reside in the assigned territory.
• Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies and ethics.
• Promote respiratory products and educate HCPs on proper use using approved resources.
• Monitor performance against objectives using company tools for planning and sales impact.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions with HCPs and professionals.
• Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and HUB models.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions in CRM for territory planning.
• Develop insights for tailored customer interactions using approved learning materials.
• Be knowledgeable on HQ-approved product information.
