Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Respiratory Sales Senior Specialist to build and execute a territory plan, promote respiratory products, and educate healthcare professionals on proper use. You will manage relationships with pulmonologists and other approved specialists, while traveling up to 75% to cover the assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with experience in specialty distribution or HUBs. Strong CRM and data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs.
• Ability to travel up to 75%; reside in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligning with policies and ethics.
• Promote respiratory products and educate HCPs on proper use within the territory.
• Monitor performance against objectives using company tools for planning and impact.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions with health care providers and professionals.
• Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models.
• Maintain records of HCP interactions in CRM and use data for territory planning.
