GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a field-based sales professional to cover Beckley, Princeton, Charleston and Southern West Virginia. You will lead activities to develop your career while engaging specialist customers for a GSK biologic.

The role emphasizes understanding payer landscapes, providing product education, and building cross-functional partnerships to drive sales and compliant execution across designated territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight/weekends.
• Must live in the geography; no relocation assistance.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement to specialist customers for a GSK biologic product.
• Understand reimbursement/distribution landscape and refer to appropriate resources per guidelines.
• Maintain current knowledge on severe asthma therapeutic expertise.
• Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and GSK values.
• Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales.
• Develop and implement account-specific strategies for primary care, specialists, nurses, and managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical, and other functions.
• Effectively manage allocated resources and respond to customer inquiries with outstanding service.
