Job summary

GSK plc seeks a field-based Pharmaceutical Sales professional to cover the Pittsburgh area and adjacent territories. You will engage specialist customers, communicate scientific insights, and navigate payer and distribution channels to optimize reimbursement for a asthma biologic.

The role requires 2+ years in pharma or B2B sales, a valid license, and willingness to travel within the territory. Enjoy a field-heavy role with some hybrid admin duties and a clear pathway to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or 2+ years business-to-business sales.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Must live in the geography. No relocation assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement to specialist customers for a GSK biologic product.
• Understand reimbursement/distribution landscape and refer customers to appropriate resources for reimbursement and distribution decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of severe asthma therapeutic expertise and changing data.
• Deliver product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and GSK values.
• Develop sales strategies and tactics for each customer within an account (e.g., PCPs, Allergists, Pulmonologists, nurses, PAs, managers).
• Develop and maintain relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations Managers, Medical (MSLs), and other GSK functions.
• Manage allocated resources (financial).
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer requests and inquiries.
