Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and patience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their medical equipment needs.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance of durable medical equipment.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, prescriptions, and insurance information.
• Review physician orders for equipment setups and CPAP/BiPAP equipment.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and answer patient questions.
• Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
