Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior DME intake, billing, or authorization experience preferred.
• 1–2 years in a medical office, DME company, medical billing department, or healthcare customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests and manage a multi‑line phone system for appointments and walk‑ins.
• Provide basic CPAP equipment setup and demonstrate operation per instructions.
• Assist with insurance verification, referrals, appointments, and patient records while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Refer clinical questions or therapy concerns to the licensed clinician at the location.
• Collaborate with licensed respiratory care professionals to support patient care and education.
