Job summary

Lincare is recruiting for a field position focused on CPAP/RAD setup and home medical equipment services. The role involves installing CPAP/RAD devices at patients’ homes, documenting processes, and ensuring safe usage.

You will also handle supplies requests, insurance verifications, and shipping logistics, while maintaining equipment cleanliness and compliance with safety policies. The role requires good communication, basic computer literacy, and the ability to read and translate instructions

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Completes all required documentation and instructs patient on safe use of equipment.
• Cleans rental equipment upon return and maintains warehouse/storage organization.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Handles patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and shipping arrangements.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process.
• Adheres to Safety & Regulatory Manual policies including OSHA and Emergency Planning.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities; frequency depends on center size.
• Represents the company through professional appearance and patient care activities.
• May serve as backup to coworkers during vacations/absences.
• Requires personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
