Qualifications

• Active license as Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment.
• 1–2 years of experience in DME or home health.
• Experience with home respiratory setups, including oxygen systems, PAP therapy, and home ventilation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up patients with PAP therapy and instruct usage of the equipment.
• Set up and support ventilator supplies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safety.
• Provide respiratory care in both home and retail settings.
• Conduct follow-up visits with oxygen therapy patients.
• Be the go-to for respiratory troubleshooting and guidance.
• Assist with oral/tracheal hygiene and manage trach care as needed.
• On-call coverage after hours.
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and teammates to ensure smooth care.
• Help verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients.
