Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Non-clinical CPAP setup experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests in a warm and friendly manner, assisting with check-in and multi-line phone system management.
• Provide basic CPAP equipment setup for patients and demonstrate operation per instructions.
• Demonstrate device use and features, ensuring understandings without clinical assessment.
• Assist with patient mask sizing and fitting with manufacturer templates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment setup, education provided, and patient interactions.
• Support referrals, orders, and billing information flow among locations.
