Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Care Supervisor to lead the respiratory staff and assure safe, evidence-based care. The role focuses on policy adherence, planning and evaluating operations, and acting as a clinical resource for patients and teammates.

The ideal candidate has a current RCP license, NBRC credentials (RRT preferred, CRT acceptable with leadership), and 5+ years of experience with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited College Program in Respiratory Care.
• Must have current RCP license in state of practice.
• RRT by NBRC; BLS may be obtained upon hire; CRT with NBRC acceptable in lieu of RRT after 10 years leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the Respiratory staff to ensure safe, quality respiratory care.
• Provides direct patient care and monitors patient conditions as a clinical resource.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team and communicates openly.
• Implements medical plans of care, clinical interventions and procedures as needed.
