Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Respiratory Operations Coordinator to provide high‑level operational support to service line leadership, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, logistics and IT/Bio‑med requests, while demonstrating strong organization and communication skills.

You will generate schedules, assist with onboarding, track compliance, prepare committee materials (PowerPoint) and maintain confidential documentation across departments.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in a business office.
• Strong database management and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing and scheduling.
• Manage staff schedules and onboarding processes.
• Prepare materials for committees and meetings, including PowerPoint.
• Maintain documentation for accreditation and compliance.
• Coordinate office operations and communications with campus partners.
• Transcribe meeting content as secretary for designated meetings.
