Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate the patient journey from referral to order fulfillment and ongoing support in a healthcare setting in Utah. You will process orders, obtain necessary authorizations, and educate patients on equipment use and therapy adherence.

As a central resource, you will engage with patients, referral partners, providers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service, timely care, and sustained market performance, with an anticipated hourly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service, healthcare, office, patient support, or referral management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient journey from referral through order fulfillment, education, and ongoing support.
• Process patient orders with required documentation and insurance needs.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.
• Educate patients on equipment use and therapy adherence.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
