Accendra Health is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate patient care from referral through order fulfillment and education. You will process orders, obtain documentation and insurance requirements, and serve as the primary contact for patients, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality care and market growth.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with providers, accurate recordkeeping, and collaboration with sales and operations to improve referral conversion

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service, healthcare, office, patient support, or referral management.
• Experience in healthcare or medical equipment environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient’s journey from referral through order fulfillment, equipment delivery, education, and ongoing support.
• Process patient orders and obtain required documentation, authorizations, prescriptions, and insurance.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.
