ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Respiratory Sales Specialist to grow our Respiratory Care business across a defined territory. You will build relationships with key decision makers, demonstrate clinical benefits, and lead trials and implementations in acute and non-acute settings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical device or respiratory sales, strong presentation skills, and a proven quota/growth history. This role is field-based with remote work options and travel requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Must have prior Respiratory and/or medical device sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with proven quota/growth track record.
• Preference for experience with respiratory therapy products and medical devices such as tracheostomy products.

Aufgaben

• Meet territory sales revenue objectives for ICU Medical Respiratory Care products.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise and communicate benefits to clinicians and procurement.
• Develop and execute business plans to increase market share.
• Know assigned territory, customers, contracts, and competition; position ICU offerings effectively.
• Conduct product trials and implementation; align with market needs.
• Coordinate with managers to align sales efforts with targets; work on special projects.
• Occasionally work weekends/nights when required.
