Job summary

This leadership position reports to the Resources Business Group Technology Director and collaborates with HDR Data Operations and the Technology Leadership Team to enable analytics, automation, and AI-enabled decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership experience focused on growing, developing, and leading teams in change management and business data.
• 15+ years total experience delivering data-focused solutions and services.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead data glossary development for key engineering terms.
• Build alignment around data processes, priority, and usage across business groups.
• Promote data quality, access, and reuse across HDR datasets and projects.
• Lead governance of externally sourced datasets and lifecycle considerations.
• Collaborate with HDR Data Operations and Technology leadership to drive data solutions.
