Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic-minded Resources Business Group Data Steward to define, share, and reuse data across HDR’s Business Group and practices. This role leads data governance, drives consistency, and enables faster, data-driven decisions across projects and teams within HDR.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic leadership focused on data.
• Experience growing and leading teams in change management.
• Experience delivering diverse data-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as RBG data point of contact and align SME input.
• Develop and maintain data glossaries with business context.
• Build alignment around data processes, priority and usage.
• Promote responsible use of technical data and data quality best practices.
• Govern external datasets with access, approvals, inventory and lifecycle.
• Lead a RBG SME network with Data Operations and leadership teams.
• Foster data fluency across the RBG and collaborate with stakeholders.
