Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Business Group Data Steward to shape how data is defined, shared, and reused across the Business Group and HDR. This leadership role drives clarity and consistency in data meaning, enabling better decisions and reuse across projects.

You will partner with HDR Data Operations and the Technology Leadership Team to align practices, support analytics, automation, and AI, and promote data fluency across teams and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience leading diverse teams in data-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage data glossary for key engineering terms.
• Lead governance of data processes, access, and lifecycle.
• Promote data fluency across the organization and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with HDR Data Operations and Technology Leadership to enable analytics, automation and AI.
