Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic Data Steward for the Resources Business Group to define and govern data assets across multiple business classes and practices. This leadership role focuses on helping teams define data once and reuse it consistently to enable better decisions and delivery excellence.

You will collaborate with HDR Data Operations and the Technology Leadership Team to drive data fluency, governance, and scalable analytics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in change management and business data.
• 15+ years delivering diverse data-focused solutions across an organization and industry.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RBG data point of contact and leverage SME expertise.
• Develop and maintain data glossary for key terms with business context.
• Promote consistent data use and governance across teams.
