Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic Data Steward to define and govern data definitions across Business Groups, enabling consistent, high-quality data for analytics, automation, and AI. You will lead governance, build data glossary, and work with HDR Data Operations and leadership to align practices worldwide.

You will partner across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive data standardization, ensure data quality, and enable trusted insights that guide decision-making and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data-focused leadership or equivalent.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction data environments.
• Strong ability to drive governance and data standardization.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage data glossary terms with business context.
• Lead governance for externally sourced datasets and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with BG Data Stewards and Enterprise Data teams to align practices.
• Promote data fluency and reuse across teams.
