Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Business Group Data Steward to define, share, and reuse data across all Business Classes and Practices. This leadership role partners with HDR Data Operations and Technology Leadership to enable better decisions, reuse, and delivery excellence.

You will help bring clarity to data definitions, support governance, and drive data fluency across teams, contributing to analytics, automation, and AI initiatives within HDR.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a related field with data focus preferred.
• Experience leading teams through change management and data initiatives.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, and construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the RBG data point of contact and leverage SME expertise across Business Classes and Practices.
• Develop and maintain data glossaries for key terms with business context.
• Promote data quality, access, and best practices for reuse across projects.
• Govern external datasets governance including access, approvals, and lifecycle considerations.
• Collaborate with HDR Data Operations to lead an RBG SME network and align practices.
