Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic Data Steward to shape how data is defined, shared, and reused across the Resources Business Group. This leadership role focuses on simplifying data, improving reuse, and enabling better business decisions across multiple practices.

You will partner with HDR Data Operations, technology leadership, and delivery teams to implement standards, governance, and data fluency that support analytics, automation, and AI initiatives for HDR’s diverse service lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in data.
• Experience defining data dictionaries/glossaries with business context.
• Ability to drive governance and data quality initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the RBG data point of contact and leverage SME expertise.
• Develop and maintain data glossaries for key terms with business context.
• Build alignment around data processes, priority, and usage.
