Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with schedules including 6:00 am–2:00 pm, 10:00 am–6:00 pm, or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm on first and second shifts. A valid Indiana driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required, along with pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 to work in Children's Residential program.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurer requirements.
• Clear of felony convictions or disqualifying charges.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• Background screening must be completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crises and lead de-escalation efforts across programs.
• Implement high-risk behavior precautions and safety measures.
• Support client and staff wellbeing; provide training during events.
• Understand and follow behavior support plans for high acuity clients.
