Qualifications

• One year of general labor experience.
• Current Commercial Driver License, Class B minimum.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to read maps and follow routes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks up, processes, or disposes of trash, recyclables, or bulky items at designated sites.
• Pre-trips vehicles and maintains records; completes related paperwork.
• Learns routes, reads maps, and follows micro-routes to destinations.
• Operates ARR vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Uses hand tools to load/unload debris and maintain carts and equipment.
• Provide information to customers and respond to routine questions.
