Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio to deliver holistic, patient-centered home care using the nursing process. You will assess physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs and develop collaborative care plans with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Ohio RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS required within six months for units that require it.

• No prior experience required for select entry roles.
