Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. The RN will conduct holistic assessments, plan and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions.

Requirements include Ohio RN licensure, BSN compliance within five years for new hires, and BLS; ACLS within six months for critical care areas. Strong collaboration and teaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN must hold Ohio state nursing license.
• BSN must be obtained within 5 years for new hires.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU.
• Experience with evidence-based nursing practice is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic assessments of patients and families.
• Develop and communicate a plan of care with SBAR to the team.
• Implement and delegate nursing interventions according to orders.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatments.
• Lead and mentor peers; participate in quality and safety initiatives.
