Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a patient- and family-centered approach in line with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities cover assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation, with emphasis on safety, education, teamwork, and professional development. BSN within 5 years required for new hires.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Ohio RN license and obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychosocial, and education needs using the nursing process.
• Develop and communicate plan of care with SBAR to the healthcare team.
• Implement nursing actions per orders and monitor patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, and provide discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR and ensure safe care delivery.
• Participate in professional development, leadership, and peer mentoring.
