Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience and willingness to float across units.
- BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
- BSN required by date of update; BSN from accredited program.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across inpatient units.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
- Adapt to different units, populations, and acuity levels.
- Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and teams.
- Document and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families for safe transitions of care.
- Maintain professional standards of nursing practice.
